With over a decade of experience in business analysis, web development, and design, I’ve built a strong foundation in managing projects and creating user-friendly websites. My journey began in college as a web design hobbyist, leading to my first internship in the field. After earning a degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems, I worked in finance as a Business Analyst and Technical Support Analyst. There, I taught myself SQL and Python to generate database reports and automate daily reporting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
In 2021, I shifted my focus to full-time web development, attending a coding bootcamp in Seattle and specializing in the MERN stack. I expanded my skills through self-study, volunteer work, freelance projects, and an internship, gaining expertise in technologies like AWS S3 and Figma. Now, as an entrepreneur, I’m passionate about helping fellow business owners bring their vision to life through thoughtful branding and strategic web design. I believe a website should be more than just an online presence—it should tell a story, build credibility, and drive success.

2017
26 year old me, starting my first corporate job at the largest bank in Hawaii. Worked as a Business Analyst
2019
Bought a condo, thinking Hawaii was forever home
2019 - 2020
Worked in the credit card department. Responsible for business process improvement technical projects and SQL reporting, Taught myself Python and started automating reports.
2021
Wanted to further my education in coding. Moved to Seattle and attended a coding bootcamp

2023 - 2024
Spent endless hours coding and studying for technical interviews, Did a few volunteer positions, internships and freelance jobs. Getting into tech was a lot harder than I thought
April 2024
Worked for a HR recruiting company and the contract ended. Made Hawaii home again. Broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years. Helped my family business. Learned a lot this year. 2024 was a difficult year.
Oct 2024
Continued to apply and interview for jobs. I knew I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and one day I woke up and decided I wanted to open my own website design business.
2025
Bought my first LLC. Working on my beta launch, building my portfolio and my business processes. Stay tuned for my official launch.
